Hot-bending, in three steps.

Step 1 — Mold
Every basin starts from a mold shaped to your dimensions — width, basin position, and drain placement are set before any stone is bent.

Step 2 — Heat-bend
The sintered stone slab is heated until pliable, then bent over the mold so basin and counter take shape as a single piece.

Step 3 — Finish
The piece cools to lock the curve, then is finished and inspected. What leaves the line is one seamless basin-and-counter — no glued seam, no joint to fail.
Tested. Documented. Not oversold.
In 2023, a sample was sent for commissioned testing at the Foshan National Inspection Center (a CNAS/MA/ilac-accredited lab), report no. G23-WT10751E, tested against standard JC/T 2116-2012. Result: PASS.
- Water absorption: 0.07%
- Static load: 1.1 kN, no damage
- Hot-water spray: no cracking or discoloration after 60 minutes at 65°C
- Barcol hardness: 89
This is a commissioned test report on a sample — a record of how that sample performed against the standard. It is not a product certification, and we do not present it as one.
